Responsibilities include: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, proactively improving patient safety, identifying and reporting safety concerns, and fostering patient engagement. The role also requires identifying staff educational needs, designing and delivering effective instructional programs using adult learning principles, evaluating educational outcomes, and maintaining program quality through continuous improvement and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's and Master's degree in nursing or related fields, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Certifications in CPR/BLS, ALS, or ILS are essential, along with RN licensure. Bilingual skills and additional certifications are advantageous.
