- Operate and ensure proper startup/shutdown of X-Ray equipment.
- Identify patients, verify orders, and prepare them for radiologic procedures.
- Travel within designated regions to perform X-Ray exams according to worklists.
- Maintain communication with team members at various locations.
- Ensure patient safety, obtain histories, and follow established protocols.
- Use radiation protection measures and monitor equipment functionality.
- Document procedures accurately in EMR and handle billing-related tasks.
- Secure pre-authorization for scans, confirm exam reports, and address discrepancies with medical providers.
- Participate in quality control and fleet vehicle responsibilities.
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or upcoming graduation.
- Active ARRT certification and applicable state licensure.
- Knowledge of radiology equipment, anatomy, and safety protocols.
- Strong critical thinking, customer service, and technical skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems.
- Valid driver's license.
