- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Conducting focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Assessing physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting health data and nursing diagnoses.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card.
- Preferred: one year of LPN experience.
