- Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
