Per Diem LPN or RN in Assisted Living

Role Overview: Provide compassionate nursing care in an assisted living and memory care setting, fostering resident independence, dignity, and quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, families, and healthcare professionals, to deliver person-centered services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor health changes, communicating concerns promptly.
• Supervise and support Home Health Aides and CNAs, offering clinical guidance.
• Complete documentation in compliance with regulations and community policies.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Experience in senior living, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred but not required.
