- Administer medications, vaccinations, and support physicians during exams and procedures.
- Deliver comfort-focused care, manage symptoms, and communicate effectively to ease anxiety.
- Educate families on treatment plans, home care, safety, and healthy growth practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and family-centered care.
- Active RN license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience; PALS certification preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and adaptive skills, with patience and empathy.
