OBGYN Generalist

Overview: This role is for generalist OB/GYN physicians in an established practice with a focus on minimally invasive surgery, including robotics, laparoscopy, and major GYN procedures.

• Responsibilities: Performing surgical procedures, office-based gynecology (e.g., colposcopy, ultrasound, hysteroscopy, LEEP, D&C), and providing optional OB call with delivery opportunities that can increase income. Call is lifestyle-friendly, averaging once weekly from home. Participate in mentorship and potential leadership roles within the practice.
• Clinical Environment: Work in a full-service hospital with Level III nursery, anesthesia, neonatal care, and subspecialty coverage.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills: Strong surgical skills, experience in minimally invasive and robotic surgery, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary starting in the $400,000 range, with annual increases, signing bonus, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, paid time off, and visa sponsorship options.
