- Administer contrast media, start IVs, and evaluate scan quality.
- Schedule procedures, manage patient records, and charge for services.
- Operate power injectors, maintain equipment, and ensure proper positioning.
- Provide training and orientation for new technologists, students, and physicians.
- Assist in protocol development, research support, and imaging techniques.
- Certification in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or MR (ARRT or ARMRIT in MR within 18 months).
- Minimum two years' MRI experience; four years for advanced levels.
- Graduate of an accredited program; BLS certification required.
