- Conducting in-home patient assessments
- Providing in-home patient care
- Licensed Practical Nursing certification from an accredited program
- Minimum one-year experience as an LPN and in home health care
- Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license, and a good driving record
- Ability to transport, lift, and move clients safely
