What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inpatient Physical Therapist - Full Time / Day Shift position at Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)?
Role: Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops treatment plans, and implements therapy programs for patients across all age groups to optimize their functional abilities. Supervises and educates staff therapists, coordinates clinical services, manages patient caseloads, and ensures accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards. Acts as a liaison with other healthcare disciplines to resolve clinical issues and may provide coverage during weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, licensed as a PT, with BLS certification and at least one year of experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and two years of clinical experience.
