CNA - Day Shift, Full-Time

Role Overview: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides in-home care to patients, supporting activities of daily living and ensuring their well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities tailored to their interests.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain accurate records, reporting any changes in patient condition.
• Document tasks via electronic charting and EVV systems, ensuring compliance with care plans.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, privacy, and rights, while adhering to safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current certification with DFS and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication and physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting (~50 lbs), bending, and standing.
• Dependability, compassion, and ability to adapt to diverse patient and family environments.
  
  

Additional Details: The role involves travel within a designated area, with no guaranteed hours or assignment length. PPE is provided, and the position offers weekly pay, immediate hiring, and referral bonuses.
