- Providing personal hygiene care such as bathing, shaving, and mouth care
- Preparing meals considering client preferences and dietary needs
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities based on individual interests
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Maintaining accurate electronic records and reporting changes in client condition
- Following the care plan and ensuring patient confidentiality and safety
- Valid driver's license and ability to commute using a personal vehicle
- Certification with DFS and a clean criminal background check
- Effective communication skills, physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependability, compassion, and adaptability to client needs
