- Creating a supportive environment for skill acquisition and functional communication
- Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver therapy
- Reviewing behavior plans and instructional materials for consistency
- Monitoring and documenting progress through daily notes
- Celebrating milestones and progress with children and families
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training provided)
- Passion for working with children and families
