Health Brigade is looking for a full-time Medical Clinic Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic and ensure care is safe, patient-centered, low-barrier, and effective for our community.
We’re seeking someone with strong clinical experience (LPN or RN required), a background in practice management, and a deep commitment to accessible care. This role is hands-on—supporting clinical flow, overseeing patient care delivery, and helping our team meet patients where they are.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing current license
• 2–4 years of management experience in a clinical setting
• Skills in phlebotomy IM/subcutaneous injections
• Current BLS certification
• English required; Spanish a plus
• Reliable transportation
