South Central Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Administrative Assistant Support Services in Jamestown, ND.
TEMP POSITION (Shared Support Position between SCBHC and NDSH)
Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll welcome callers and walk-ins, assess their needs, and connect them to the right resource, ideally with one hand off. This position will also assist with coordinating schedules for our Youth team, who provide services to clients in our region’s school setting. This role also includes assisting the North Dakota State Hospital with fingerprinting new employees (done on location at the Behavioral Health Clinic) and assisting with scheduling forensic evaluations. This position is approximately 30 hours per week.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical, or secretarial work. Additional education with major coursework in office support or business may substitute for up to two years of the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis.
This position requires a valid driver’s license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
Location:
ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position will work on-site at South Central Behavioral Health Clinic.
