Position Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective and current healthcare professional candidates interested in career opportunities by providing the best possible experience through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and support healthcare professionals working on assignment.
Essential Duties and Requirements
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment in proactively identifying, sourcing, recruiting, and offering employment opportunities to qualified candidates that meet hiring criteria.
• Proactively contacts and recruits prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities.
• Educates prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a career with the company.
• Continuously generates leads using high volume communication through telephone, email, and text message.
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals.
• Generates leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals, including utilization of various job boards, sourcing tools and techniques to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment in directing healthcare professional jobs to be posted and sponsored in accordance with company budgetary requirements.
• Builds and maintains unique relationships with prospective and current healthcare professionals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with trade associations, universities, and other organizations to find and attract talent.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment in preparing accurate candidate profiles qualified for submission to clients directly or through a VMS/MSP platform.
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and compensation requirements.
• Regularly uses independent judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
• Organizes and documents post-interview debriefing and feedback with recruiting team.
• Confers with internal account managers to identify open talent needs.
• Meets or exceeds weekly key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Verifies applicant documents and ensure compliance.
• Responds to employee and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Seeks guidance and support from management, when needed.
• Strives for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing standard process and managing personal performance to achieve key metrics, required.
• Three (3) years of industry-related work experience, preferred.
• One (1) year of industry-related work experience, required.
• Proven success in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment, required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Occasionally move about inside an office environment
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Frequently communicate with internal and external clients in-person, and via telephone, email, and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Pay Rate
$50,000-$60,000 annually commission
