Position Overview
The Recruiter is responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective and current field employees interested in career opportunities by providing the best possible experience through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service.
Essential Duties and Requirements
• Proactively identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that meet hiring criteria and manager requirements.
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities in accordance with manager direction.
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a career with the company.
• Continuously generate leads using high volume communication through telephone, email, and text message.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals, and report to manager on activities.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals, including utilization of various job boards, sourcing tools and techniques to attract and identify active and passive qualified candidates.
• Obtain manager approval for job posting and sponsorship.
• Build and maintain unique relationships with prospective and current field employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade associations, universities, and other organizations to find and attract talent.
• Prepare candidate profiles qualified for submission to clients directly or through a VMS platform.
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and compensation requirements.
• Organize and document post-interview debriefing and feedback with recruiting team.
• Confer with internal account managers to identify open talent needs.
• Verify applicant documents and ensure compliance.
• Respond to employee and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Experience in following standard processes and key performance metrics, preferred.
• 3-5 years of industry-related work experience, preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, sales or other metrics driven environment, preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Occasionally move about inside an office environment
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
• Frequently communicate with internal and external clients in-person, and via telephone, email, and video conferencing. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
