Every placement we make helps ensure patients receive the care they need, when and where it matters most. This role is part of Elite365’s growing Locum Tenens division.
As a Locum Tenens Recruiter, you will source, qualify, and place healthcare providers in temporary assignments nationwide.
In this role, you will play a key part in connecting healthcare providers with the patients and communities who need them most. By building strong relationships, maintaining an active pipeline, and delivering high-quality candidates, you will support critical staffing needs while creating meaningful opportunities for your own career growth.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work within our 3-desk model:
- Business Development brings in client opportunities
- Account Management manages client relationships and job execution
- Recruiting (You) builds provider relationships and delivers talent
This allows you to focus on recruiting while being supported by a dedicated team.
Build & Manage Your Pipeline
- Source and engage physicians and APPs through calls, referrals, job boards, and internal tools
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified providers
- Screen candidates to understand experience, preferences, and availability
Match & Place Providers
- Connect providers to opportunities based on client needs
- Submit strong candidate profiles and guide them through interviews and offers
Build Relationships
- Develop trust and maintain ongoing communication with providers
- Support repeat placements and long-term engagement
Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Stay organized, proactive, and results-focused
- Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities forward
A Day in the Life of an Elite365 Locums Recruiter
You’ll connect with healthcare providers, build relationships, and match them with opportunities nationwide. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and competitive environment.
Compensation
Competitive base salary uncapped commission with strong earning potential
