What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent physician placements
- Source and engage physicians across multiple specialties
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements
- Build and maintain strong pipelines and long-term relationships
- Help shape recruiting processes and strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of physician recruitment experience (permanent placement required)
- Proven track record of successful placements
- Strong sourcing and closing skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
