Job Summary
Healing Pathways Foundation is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to provide peer-to-peer mentoring, advocacy, and support to youth and/or adults impacted by the justice system.
Responsibilities:
- Share personal lived experiences as a model for recovery and resilience
- Mentor adolescents navigating behavioral health, school, or family challenges
- Provide support and linkage to resources
- Engage in empowering activities aligned with therapeutic goals with clients
- Collaborate with case management team and therapist in coordination of care
Qualifications:
- Peer Support Specialist Certification
- Personal lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay
$22-$26 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
