Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking clinicians who are:

• Passionate about working with trauma, attachment, and relational healing
• Interested in developing expertise in sex addiction and betrayal trauma treatment
• Comfortable working with complex relationship dynamics, including couples in distress
• Grounded, accountable, and able to hold both compassion and structure in the therapy room

Compensation

Compensation is based on a percentage of collected revenue and reflects licensure, specialization, and consistency of caseload. Additional compensation structures apply for group leadership and training roles. Full details are discussed during the interview process.

Core Expectations of the Role

1. Commitment to Specialized Training

• Willingness to pursue certification as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) over time
• Openness to ongoing learning in areas such as betrayal trauma, attachment, and relational work

2. Group Therapy Leadership

• Comfort with—or willingness to learn—facilitating process-oriented group therapy
• Ability to hold a structured container while allowing for authentic, relational work
• Interest in leading groups such as men’s recovery groups or partner support groups

3. Trauma-Informed Practice

• Training in trauma modalities (e.g., EMDR, somatic work, or similar), or a clear desire to become trained
• Understanding that regulation and safety are prerequisites for deeper work

4. Couples Therapy

• Ability to work with couples navigating betrayal, trust repair, and intimacy challenges
• Willingness to develop skills in structured repair, accountability, and communication work

5. Healthy Sexuality Framework

• Comfort discussing sexuality in a direct, non-shaming, and clinically grounded way
• Ability to support clients in moving toward integrated, healthy sexuality, not just abstinence or symptom control
