Summary:
The Program Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the education program. This role assists with coordinating curriculum delivery, scheduling, faculty support, and maintaining compliance with institutional policies and accreditation requirements. The position follows established procedures and works under the direction of the Program Supervisor/Manager or Campus Director to ensure efficient program operations.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- Supports the daily workflow of the education department.
- May assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
- Assists in coordinating daily program activities to support the delivery of education programs.
- Supports the implementation of academic schedules, calendars, and classroom assignments.
- Performs routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
- Assists with organizing and maintaining curriculum materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, exams, and instructional resources.
- Supports efforts to ensure materials are current and aligned with accreditation and institutional standards.
- Maintains organized records and documentation to support compliance requirements.
- Provides administrative support to faculty, including distributing schedules, materials, and communications.
- Assists with onboarding processes and maintaining faculty records and files.
- Helps coordinate faculty meetings, trainings, and in-service sessions.
- Serves as a point of contact for student inquiries and direct concerns to appropriate leadership.
- Supports communication between students, faculty, and administration.
- Assists in maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.
- Supports the use of learning management systems (e.g., CANVAS) by assisting with course setup and updates.
- Maintains and updates schedules and track changes as directed by leadership.
- Communicates routine updates, changes, and information to faculty and students as directed.
- Identifies and reports operational or academic issues to the Program Supervisor or Campus Director.
- Follows established procedures when addressing concerns or requests.
- Maintains confidentiality of student and employee information in accordance with company policies.
- Adheres to all institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Working knowledge of standard office systems and ability to learn internal platforms (e.g., learning management systems).

Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree required.
- 1β3 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or regulated environment.
- Utah LMT with at least 2 years in the massage profession
- Basic proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, learning management systems such as CANVAS).
- Teaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
