The Donor Engagement Coordinator manages the journey of donors from first-time supporters to lifelong partners. This role is central to increasing donor retention, recurring giving, and overall fundraising growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee new donor onboarding and the 90-day engagement journey.
- Ensure all donors receive timely and personalized acknowledgment and thank-you communications within 48 hours.
- Coordinate monthly donor communications, updates, and impact stories.
- Support fundraising campaigns with donor-focused outreach.
- Maintain donor pipeline database, track donor interactions, giving history, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the Director of Development & Marketing and Part-Time Digital Storytelling Specialist to create content for stewardship campaigns.
- Assist with planning and executing donor events, virtual meetings, and calls.
- Analyze donor engagement data to suggest improvements in retention and giving.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in nonprofit donor relations, fundraising, and/or customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipating donor needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with public speaking.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong Christian faith and alignment with Healing Haiti’s mission and values.
- Passion for international mission work.
Work Environment and Schedule
- 40 hours per week with occasional weeknight and weekend responsibilities.
- Remote work with occasional office and in-person meetings.
- Some travel may be necessary for donor meetings and events.
