The Opportunity
We are seeking a licensed therapist or license eligible (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT) to join our growing practice. This is an ideal role for a clinician who values autonomy, a peaceful work environment, and the ability to build their own caseload with support.
- Flexible schedule (set your own hours)
- In-person sessions in a fully furnished, professional office
- Private and secure waiting room for clients
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- $71-78 per 50 min session
- Therapists are paid per completed session
We currently receive approximately 3–6 new client inquiries per month that can be distributed to clinicians, though referrals are not guaranteed.

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed in Indiana (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Passionate about trauma-informed care
- Interested and able to integrate the Christian faith when requested by the client
- Values independence while being part of a supportive environment
- Interested in growing a caseload over time
Pay: $71.00 - $78.00 per hour

Experience:
