We operate, community-based group homes serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD).

- Competitive Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour.(Depending on Experience and Certifications)
- Flexible Scheduling: We have Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Awake Overnight shifts available across two locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to residents based on their Plan for Supports (Part V).
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications accurately (training provided).
- Accompany residents on community outings and recreational activities.
- Complete daily progress notes and documentation in our electronic record system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Experience: Previous experience with ID/DD population is a plus, but we will train the right heart!
- Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and VA 32-Hour Medication Aide certificate.
- Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check (FBI fingerprinting) and Central Registry search.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
