What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Veterinary Receptionist position at Healing Arts Veterinary Center?
Healing Arts Veterinary Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our exceptional team. As the first point of contact for our clients, CSRs play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and building lasting trust in our veterinary care.
In this role, youll not only provide outstanding customer servicescheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and offering guidance on our servicesbut also join our leadership team to assist with front desk operations. Youll oversee daily workflows, support and train fellow CSRs, and ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, clarity, and professionalism.

This is a flexible, full-time position, with 5/8 or 4/10 scheduling options, and availability needed MondayFriday with every other Saturday.

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set:
- Minimum of 2 years of client service experience in veterinary medicine
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine love for animals
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience with Cornerstone is a plus!
