At Headstone World Dallas, we are a family owned business working with Granite memorial. We are seeking for an Office Assistant who is reliable, optimistic, goal-oriented, and willing to learn to grow within the company in the long run.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of general office administration experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual speaker (Spanish)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Managers and Sale Associates
- General office duties (greet customers, answer incoming phone calls and emails, copy/file/scan and process documents, submit cemetery permits, etc)
- Memorial designs (will train)
- Assist with inventory and other various admin tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: 2010 Silver St, Garland, TX 75042

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
