What are the responsibilities and job description for the TALENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ANALYST position at HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND?
You will serve as a TALENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ANALYST in the HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
1) Developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development programs, and career progression frameworks, with demonstrated ability to analyze workforce data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, development, and retention;
2) Applying advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of personnel or talent management programs, including preparing detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations;
3) Advising senior leaders on personnel actions, assignments, promotions, career development, and performance management, including developing strategic plans for senior leader assignments aligned with organizational goals;
4) Managing personnel requisitions and strength management processes to minimize capability gaps and ensure timely fill of vacancies.

Qualifications:
