Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience in IT budgeting, including planning, execution, and reporting of IT funds; 2) Knowledge of budgetary processes, regulations, and compliance requirements; 3) Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate IT resourcing policies and strategic plans within a large organization; 4) Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading a team of IT resource management professionals; 5) Analytical skills for assessing IT program needs, costs, and resource allocation; 6) Written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, briefings, and policy documents; 7) Ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple directorates or departments.
