Qualifications:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Demonstrated experience in mid-level IT portfolio and investment management. This includes developing and implementing portfolio management strategies, defining objectives, performing cost-benefit analyses to optimize resource allocation, conducting risk assessments for large-scale IT initiatives within the federal environment, and establishing performance metrics to ensure accountability and alignment with strategic priorities, timelines and budgets. 2). Knowledge of federal and DoW contracting policies and acquisition regulations with demonstrated experience serving as an advisor for contract management, including developing acquisition strategies, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), and evaluating contractor proposals in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). 3). Experience leading the creation and implementation of IT policies and governance structures that align with organizational missions and long-term goals. 4).
