Job Overview:
Ground floor opportunity to be part of the Fastest Growing Insurance Company in Louisiana
We're currently hiring with no experience required. Just need to be driven and willing to work hard.
Requirements:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients inquiring about Insurance.
- Take inbound transfers (15-20) a day from Intrested potential customers
- Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly.
- Effectively overcome and handles objections.
- Validating prospective customer’s contact and health condition information in CRM system.
- Create a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts.
- Willing to be mentored, and eager to learn.
- Ability to speak bilingual/Spanish is a plus.
