We're a close-knit team that values ownership, accuracy, and doing things the right way. We are a licensed cannabis processor located in Lake Stevens that is known for a wide range of award-winning cannabis products.

We're growing our production team and hiring for two positions: Grammer/Filler and Packager. Both roles keep our products accurate, compliant, and moving out the door on schedule.
As a Grammer/Filler, you'll run two key machines on our production floor. You'll use our automated gramming machine to weigh and fill concentrates and our CNC Solo to fill vape cartridges and devices.

As a Packager, you'll take finished product and get it ready for fulfillment, making sure every unit is sealed, labeled, compliant, and counted correctly.
These roles suit someone who likes hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to see the direct impact of their work on the products we're known for. Apply for one role or both.

Grammer/Filler: Gramming Machine

• Set up, calibrate, and operate the gramming machine for each product run.
• Weigh and fill jars, to exact gram weights.
• Spot-check fill weights on calibrated scales and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Clear jams, run changeovers between products, and keep the machine clean.

Grammer/Filler: CNC Solo Vape Filling

• Set up and operate the CNC Solo to fill vape cartridges and devices.
• Load oil and hardware, then set and verify fill volumes and temperatures for each batch.
• Monitor fills for accuracy, leaks, air bubbles, and defects.
• Clean and maintain the machine between batches and at end of shift.

Packager

• Cap, seal, and package finished pre-roll and vape products.
• Apply product and state compliance labels accurately.
• Inspect packaged products and set aside anything that doesn't meet quality standards.
• Assemble, count, label bins for inventory and fulfillment.
• Keep packaging supplies stocked and workstations organized.

Both Roles

• Track batch numbers, counts, and output, and log daily production totals.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, state compliance, and seed-to-sale tracking requirements.
• Hit daily production targets while keeping accuracy high.
• Flag quality or equipment issues to your lead right away.

What You Bring

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with precise weights, volumes, and counts.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Reliable attendance and availability to work Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm. (subject to change)
• Grammer/Filler: Experience operating production, packaging, or filling equipment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated gramming machines or vape/cartridge filling equipment (Grammer/Filler).
• Packaging, assembly, warehouse, or fulfillment experience (Packager).
• Cannabis industry experience, though we'll train the right person for either role.

What We Offer:

• Grammer/Filler: $19 – $23 per hour, based on experience
• Packager: $19 – $23 per hour, based on experience
