Your Role
You’ll be the go-to accounting expert, keeping our financial engine running smoothly. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities:
- Lead the Ledger: Keep our general ledger accurate, reconcile accounts, and ensure everything balances perfectly.
- Drive Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements and analysis that influence major business decisions.
- Own the Budget: Collaborate with department leaders to build and monitor budgets that align with our goals.
- Ensure Compliance: Manage tax filings, invoicing, and all financial reporting requirements with precision.
- Manage Assets: Track capital expenditures, depreciation, and fixed assets with care and accuracy.
- Be the Problem-Solver: Investigate variances, resolve discrepancies, and support AP/AR processes.
- Lead Projects: Identify process improvements, implement better systems, and streamline accounting operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5-7 years of accounting experience, including full-cycle month-end close and financial statement prep
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail — you love digging into the numbers
- A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude — you take ownership and get things done
- CPA is a plus, but not required
