What You'll Do
✔ Drive month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
✔ Analyze inventory, margins, and cost accounting data to support business decisions
✔ Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting
✔ Help develop credit review procedures and manage complex accounts receivable activities
✔ Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service
✔ Support audits, sales tax compliance, and financial reporting
✔ Help build KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the accounting function
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- Process improvement mindset—you naturally look for better ways to do things
- Self-starter who takes ownership without waiting for direction
- High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ERP experience (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
