What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Headfarmer?
One of our top clients in the Construction industry is seeking a Controller to work in their Central Phoenix location.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, and month-end close
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and banking relationships
- Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and project profitability analysis for installation and service contracts
- Review and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and reporting systems
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations leadership
- Experience with Sage, Procure, QuickBooks is a huge plus!
