What we are looking for: We are looking for an incredibly passionate person who not only thrives in a busy environment, but is someone who can create a thriving environment for themselves. Having experience in a day spa, medical aesthetics, and skincare is a huge plus. Our facility is a one-of-a-kind destination and we are looking for a one-of-a-kind service provider.
This is a hands-on position that will require strong client service skills, as well as a high attention to detail.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Full Time/ Part-Time/On-Call Massage Therapist will provide massage and body treatments with professionalism, personalized service, and hospitality to guests. All guest services are to be performed in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. The therapist consistently assists in providing information to any inquiries, helps to coordinate all guest requests for services, and maintains impeccable cleanliness of the spa. Compensation for this position includes competitive commission per service performed plus an hourly base rate tips!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

QUALIFICIATIONS:
- In compliance with all state licensing requirements. Massage Therapist License (Preferred).
- Provide 30-60-90 minute massages to clients by appointment.
- Provide a strong representation of Head To Toe Day Spa by conducting spa tours for clients and other visitors.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently with direction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information, client history and health conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of massage therapy, skin care products and treatments preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and available to work varied hours and days, including evenings and weekends.
- Licensed by the local authorities for massage therapy.
- High school or equivalent education required.
