Essential Duties:
- Masks off, if needed, for preparation for painting
- Applies adhesives, caulking, sealants or coatings
- Applies and utilizes cleaning solvents
- Cleans equipment or machinery
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Reads measuring device
- Works adjusted schedules and overtime when required
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

High School diploma, or GED preferred.

1 - 3 years related industry experience

In lieu of diploma, relevant work experience demonstrating the required job skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the job
- Operation of small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment
- Goal oriented and team focused to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner
