IT Manager – NetSuite Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite system, including roles, centers, permissions, and user setup.
  
• Phase II implementation work and ability to customize NetSuite modules to align with business needs. 
  
• Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment and ways to enhance integration between companies.
  
• Strategies for data cleanup such as duplicate customers, obsolete/retired inventory SKUs and understand merge utilities available.
  
• Develop saved searches, and reports to support business operations.
  
• Business analyst role to work with C-level personnel to identify enhancement opportunities, technical design blueprints, identifying, tracking and resolving software/design issues. 
  
• Analyze user requests, create functional specifications and technical designs, develop estimates and define project tasks. 
  
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting.
  
• Application user support and troubleshooting.
  
• Work with NetSuite technical consultants and clearly define requirements for advanced customization work and existing script enhancements.
  
• Experience with Revenue Recognition set up and processing.
  
• Experience with integrated Fortis Pay with credit card processing.  
  
• Experience with CRM and integrations with core CRM applications (HubSpot, Zoho). 
  

Manager Position

• Manage IT department and staff supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, computer purchases/ rollout and daily break fix activities.
  
• Manage outsourced IT company providing backup support and monitoring.
  
• Development in the PHP/Laravel environment is a plus.
  
• Experience with the AWS environment in any capacity is a plus.
