Manager, Product Manager

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 8 years of product management experience, including experience in product development and systems deployments. Project management experience. Familiarity with agile software development practices and methodologies. Job Summary Leads a team of product and user experience associates in developing customer-centric product experiences using agile software development practices. Manages the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Leads and develops a team of product managers and user experience professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive successful execution. Manages product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization aligns with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Drives the full product lifecycle for assigned products, from planning and design to launch and iteration. Collaborates with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate product vision into actionable initiatives. Monitors key performance metrics to assess product success and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensures adherence to agile methodologies and modern product development practices to enhance speed and quality. Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to remove roadblocks and ensure timely product delivery. Gathers and incorporates user feedback to refine products and enhance the customer experience. Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7 years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
