Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including installs, pruning, planting, and weeding to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, trimmers, and excavators safely and effectively
- Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements
- Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices
- Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and hand tools; experience operating power tools and heavy machinery such as excavators is preferred
- Ability to follow detailed safety protocols consistently while working in various weather conditions
- Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous activities throughout the day
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and procedures
