Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, mini splits, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and large tonnage split systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Accurately complete service tickets and communicate findings to the office and customer.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls (as applicable).
- Commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
