About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving North Central West Virginia and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $37.00 per hour, based on experience and skills
- Overtime: Overtime pay available
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour shifts (Day shift)
- On-Call: Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule
- Work Location: In person – based in Morgantown, WV
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, electrical, and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on commercial HVAC equipment
- Accurately document work and communicate with customers and team
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience (5 years preferred)
- Licensing: EPA Section 608 Certification and Valid Driver’s License
