What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant position at hcsautomation?
Statement of Purpose:
Responsible for providing care to all patients, including history and physical examinations, patient education, diagnosing and treating common ailments, and stabilizing emergencies prior to transit to hospital.
Job Requirements:
Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners or physicians assistants. Appropriate licensing/registration. Preferably 3-5 years of experience, with emphasis on family care but will consider recent graduates. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, other health care providers, and parents.
Practice guidelines will be reviewed, mutually agreed upon, and signed annually by the APRN or PA and the collaborating physician and placed on file in the work place.
