We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Saddle Brook NJ. recent grads are encouraged to apply. Duties:

• Patient assessment: evaluating conditions, mobility, strength, and pain levels. Reviewing medical history and collaborating with other team members. Identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
• Treatment planning: develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on diagnosis and team input. Set short – and long- term goals. Adjust plans depending on patient progress and interdisciplinary recommendations.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide exercise therapy, manual treatment and modalities.
• Patient and Family education: teach patients proper exercises and injury prevention strategies. Educate families on supporting recovery and committing to prescribed plan of care. Promote long-term health and independence.
• Monitoring and Documentation: Track patient progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical records to be completed prior to end of shift. Modify interventions based on results and team feedback.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license in NJ
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred, not required)
  
  

Schedule:

• Full time (Mon-Friday)
