- $10,500/month base salary ($126,000/year)
- 10% net profit bonus
- Housing included
- 2 weeks PTO
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Flexible hours
- Administrative, billing, insurance, and staffing support
- Established patient base and supportive team
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Educate patients on home exercises and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Provide a welcoming, positive patient experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Alaska Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Outpatient experience preferred
