HVAC Technician
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking an HVAC Technician to support residential new construction and service projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
- Handle a mix of new construction and general service work.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with customers.
- Keep accurate records and follow safety guidelines.
- Assist the team and provide guidance when needed.
Qualifications:
- HVAC licensing or progress toward licensure preferred but not required.
- Candidates pursuing or ready for an apprenticeship are welcome.
- Strong troubleshooting and general problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable driving record.
- Plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
