Role Overview

This is a strategic, quota‑carrying Business Development role focused on driving revenue growth for AI Infrastructure and AI Factory offerings across US and EU markets.

The role works closely with client and major technology OEM partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, along with internal Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams, to identify, develop, and close AI‑led opportunities.

The position spans on‑premises infrastructure, private cloud, platforms, and public cloud, with a strong emphasis on hybrid AI environments. This is not a hands‑on technical or delivery role, but requires deep techno‑commercial understanding to shape solutions, proposals, and business cases at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive quota‑based revenue targets for AI Infrastructure and AI Factory solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and create new AI‑led business opportunities across enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Manage the end‑to‑end opportunity lifecycle, from lead generation through deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong, conversion‑driven sales pipeline

Partner & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Work closely with Clients to generate joint GTM opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategic partner‑led demand generation initiatives
  • Strengthen ecosystem relationships to accelerate AI infrastructure adoption

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with CxO‑level stakeholders across customer organizations
  • Understand customer business challenges and position AI, hybrid cloud, and AI Factory solutions effectively
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing alignment, and proposal development

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align strategy and execution
  • Translate customer requirements into viable commercial and solution constructs
  • Support creation of business cases, use cases, and ROI models

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI infrastructure technologies
  • Provide feedback into offering strategy to strengthen competitive differentiation
  • Track, analyze, and report business performance and pipeline health

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Direct Sales
  • Strong background in AI, Cloud, Data Center, or Hybrid Infrastructure solutions
  • Proven experience working with OEMs, hyperscalers, or technology partners
  • Demonstrated success in quota‑driven, enterprise‑scale deal closures

Technical & Commercial Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
  • AI / GenAI infrastructure
  • Data Center and Hybrid Cloud environments
  • On‑prem, private cloud, and public cloud architectures
  • Excellent techno‑commercial acumen with the ability to:
  • Shape proposals
  • Build business cases
  • Define commercial and operating models

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executive leadership (CxO level)
  • Collaborative team player with leadership mindset

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
