Project Manager – Data Analytics (FCRA / Retail Banking)
Role Summary PenFed Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager
Data Analytics to lead initiatives across credit reporting, FCRA compliance, and retail banking analytics. The role drives delivery of data solutions that enhance member experience, compliance, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics and regulatory reporting initiatives across lending products. • Ensure compliance with FCRA, Metro 2 standards, and credit bureau obligations. • Manage credit bureau submissions (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) and dispute handling. • Drive data quality, reconciliation, and audit readiness frameworks. • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, IT, and Data teams. • Manage Agile execution, project plans, and reporting dashboards. • Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance and data integrity.
Required Qualifications • 8–12 years in project/program management in banking/financial services • Strong FCRA and credit reporting lifecycle knowledge • Experience with retail lending products (cards, mortgage, auto, personal loans) • Experience delivering data analytics or regulatory reporting programs
Key Skills • Agile/Waterfall Project Management • Data analytics lifecycle (ETL, BI, Data Warehousing) • Tools: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Jira, Azure • Metro 2 reporting and dispute management • Stakeholder communication and governance
Preferred Qualifications • CDIA Certification • CRCMP or Equivalent certification • Knowledge of NCUA expectations • Exposure to Azure data platforms

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $100,000 Annually
Pay Range Maximum: $120,000 Annually
