Position Purpose
To support SAP processes related to maintenance execution, defect management, certification, labor time reporting, and task confirmation who can be trained in iMRO.
Key Objectives
- Support workshops focused on maintenance planning, scheduling, and work preparation.
- Contribute to planning process analysis and documentation.
- Assist in designing future-state planning processes.
- Perform SAP configuration related to notifications, orders, operations, and scheduling.
- Prepare functional specifications for planning enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing.
- Maintain process maps, configuration documentation, and testing materials.
- Develop foundational understanding of planning and work scoping processes.
Role Competencies
- Understanding of maintenance planning, work packaging, and scheduling processes.
- Knowledge of SAP notifications, orders, and resource structures.
- Analytical approach to capacity/demand balancing concepts.
- Ability to support the coordination of planning inputs across teams.
- Strong aptitude for learning iMRO planning capabilities.
Delivery Excellence
- Complete assigned planning tasks on time and to quality.
- Follow documentation and testing standards.
- Support issue resolution and escalate concerns where needed.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies or project governance forums.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience Required
- SAP PM/EAM configuration experience.
- Experience designing planning-related business processes.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and test scripts.
- 2 SAP full lifecycle projects.
- 5 years industry experience in aerospace/defense or asset maintenance planning.
- Strong consulting performance record.
- Degree in a related field.
- Eagerness to learn iMRO.
Preferred
- SAP EAM certification.
- SAP Activate.
- Agile methodologies.
- Prior iMRO experience (desired but not required).
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal/written communication.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $123,000 base per year
Pay Range Maximum: $213,000 base per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
