Job Summary
Looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in high‑speed PCB board design and end‑to‑end product development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing complex, high‑density boards and working with advanced SoC/FPGA platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex high‑speed multilayer PCB boards with high component density.
- Own the complete product development lifecycle from concept, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, validation, to manufacturing.
- Design, validate, and debug high‑speed interfaces, including DDR3/DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR4/LPDDR5, PCIe, SATA, and other SerDes interfaces.
- Lead FPGA‑based board designs and validation, preferably using Intel Agilex series.
- Perform extensive hardware debugging and board bring‑up using advanced lab equipment (DSOs, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.).
- Review designs, ensure compliance with design standards, and mentor/train junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, QA).
- 7–12 years of hands‑on experience in high‑speed board design.
- Experience designing complex, high‑density boards and taking products to manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of Cadence Allegro (Concept HDL v23.1 or higher).
- Proven experience with high‑speed memory and SerDes interfaces.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
