Role/Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce design, development, and implementation efforts across projects
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
- Oversee Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security, data management, and configurations
- Design and implement Lightning components to enhance user experience
- Perform code development, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., GA, OneTrust) using APIs, Web Services, and SOA architecture
- Work on enterprise-level Salesforce implementations involving reports, workflows, and complex objects
- Support deployment activities using Migration Tools and Metadata APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams
- Work across multiple projects in a matrix organization environment
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce (Force.com) design and development
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Proficiency in:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, and governance
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and integrations
- Ability to perform independent coding, code reviews, and technical validation
- Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into effective solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CMS
- Exposure to third-party tools such as Google Analytics (GA), OneTrust
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployment tools, and metadata management
- Salesforce Certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent certifications preferred

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
