Detailed Job Description:
Looking for a highly experienced Senior Mobile Developer with strong skills in Ionic, Angular, and Capacitor to build high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. The role involves app architecture, native integrations, performance optimization, and leadership in mobile development.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile App Development:
- Develop and maintain mobile apps using Ionic and Angular
- Build responsive UI screens with Ionic components
- Use Capacitor for device feature integrations
- Optimize app performance across devices
Native Integrations (Capacitor):
- Create and maintain Capacitor plugins
- Integrate native SDKs (Firebase, Maps, Camera, Push, Payments, etc.)
- Debug Android/iOS native issues
Architecture & Code Quality:
- Design scalable app architecture
- Write clean, modular, well-documented code
- Code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
- Work with REST APIs and secure authentication methods
App Lifecycle & Deployment:
- Manage builds, testing, and app store releases
- Set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure, etc.)
- Implement analytics and crash reporting
Collaboration:
- Work with designers, backend teams, product managers
- Work with salesforce development team to collaborate on sf mobile pages.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 8 years of mobile development experience
- Strong Ionic framework experience
- Strong Angular TypeScript RxJS skills
- Experience with Capacitor 4/5/6/7
- Native Android/iOS debugging experience
- Experience integrating native SDKs
- Solid performance optimization and security knowledge
- Integrations with Mule Services.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Cordova-to-Capacitor migration experience
- Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C knowledge
- PWA experience
- State management frameworks (NgRx, Akita, etc.)
- Firebase/AWS/Azure knowledge
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $65000 /Annual
Pay Range Maximum: $134200 / Annual

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the followi14520ng benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
