Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager with deep expertise in cloud technologies and agile delivery models. The ideal candidate will lead service delivery operations across cloud platforms, drive continuous improvement, and manage squad-based P&L responsibilities. This role demands strong leadership, technical acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams to ensure high-quality service outcomes.
- Oversee Service Delivery & Operations Management across cloud platforms.
- Define and maintain SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs for cloud services.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and other teams to optimize performance and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage escalations and high-pressure situations with effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
- Own and manage Squad-based P&L, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in at least two cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies.
- Experience with Agile delivery models and Agile Service Management tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
Salary : $97,000 - $158,000
